This Privacy Policy explains what personal data EvoriVM ("we", "us") collects when you use our Telegram Mini App and the website evoribottrax.org (the "Service"), why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

Account & identity

• Telegram account data passed to the Mini App by Telegram: your numeric Telegram user ID, username, first/last name and language code. We use your Telegram ID as your account identifier.

Setup data you provide

• The IP address / hostname of the server you submit for setup and its connection port.
• The administrative (SSH) credentials you enter so we can connect to that server. These are used only to perform the setup. We do not retain the SSH password after the setup is completed.

Billing data

• Your balance and transaction history (top-ups, setup charges, refunds) and the associated payment/invoice identifiers.
• Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our payment processor, Trybit. Payment credentials (wallet details, transaction data on the processor's side) are handled by Trybit under its own privacy policy — we receive only the confirmation and reference needed to credit your balance. We do not store card numbers or wallet private keys.

Support & usage

• Messages you send us through in-app support, email or Telegram, and our replies.
• Basic technical logs (timestamps, request status, error messages) generated while the Service operates, used to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use your data

• To provide the Service — connect to your server, deploy and configure the virtual machines, and report results back to you.
• To process top-ups, charge for setups and issue refunds to your balance.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

• Telegram — the platform through which the Mini App and bot operate.
• Trybit — our payment processor, to create and confirm payments.
• Infrastructure providers that host our own control systems.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

4. Retention

• Server SSH passwords: not retained after setup completes.
• Account, balance and transaction records: kept while your account exists and for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
• Support correspondence and technical logs: kept for a limited period for security and quality purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest, restrict access to credentials to what is required to perform a setup, and discard server passwords once they are no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may ask questions about how we process it. Contact us using the details below. Deleting core account or transaction data may mean we can no longer provide the Service to you.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
