EvoriVM provides a custom, on-demand configuration service performed on your own server. This policy explains exactly when a charge is returned to you. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Every setup begins with an automated check of your server's GPU, virtualization support and disk. If the server does not meet the requirements, no charge is made. This is your main protection against paying for something that cannot work on your hardware.
If your server passed the compatibility check and was charged, but the setup then fails for reasons within our control and we are unable to complete it, the charge is returned to your EvoriVM balance automatically. You can use that balance for another setup or top-up attempt.
Because each setup is custom work performed on your server and delivered immediately (virtual machines created, licensed and made reachable over Remote Desktop), a setup that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable. This is consistent with the nature of a completed, personalized digital service.
If something is wrong with a setup we delivered, contact support as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where the issue is on our side, re-run or fix the setup at no additional charge. Remedies for delivered setups are provided as a fix or re-run rather than a cash refund.
Refunds under this policy are credited to your EvoriVM balance (store credit usable for the Service). Top-ups are processed in cryptocurrency by our payment processor, Trybit; because of the nature of cryptocurrency settlement, refunds are handled as balance credit rather than on-chain reversals. If you believe a top-up was charged incorrectly, contact us and we will work with you and, where relevant, the processor to resolve it.
Most eligible refunds (failed setups) happen automatically. For anything else, contact us with your Telegram account and the approximate date and amount:
We aim to review refund requests promptly after they are received.
