Service Rules & Acceptable Use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These rules keep the Service safe and lawful for everyone. They form part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

1. You must control the server

You may only submit a server that you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. Submitting someone else's server, or credentials you are not permitted to use, is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.

2. Lawful use only

You must not use the Service, or the virtual machines it configures, for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the server is located. This includes, without limitation:

3. Responsibility for third-party platforms

The virtual machines are general-purpose Windows desktops. If you use them with games, online platforms or other third-party services, you are responsible for complying with those third parties' terms. EvoriVM is not affiliated with or endorsed by any such platform and is not responsible for actions those platforms may take against your accounts.

4. Payment integrity

5. No interference

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service, our bot, our website or our infrastructure, and do not attempt to interfere with other users.

6. Accurate information

Provide accurate server details and credentials. Setups that fail because of inaccurate information, or changes you make to the server mid-setup, are your responsibility (see the Refund Policy).

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel pending setups, and withhold the provision of further Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created legal or security risk. Where a breach involves fraud or a chargeback, amounts already spent are non-refundable and remaining balance obtained through abuse may be forfeited.

8. Reporting

If you believe someone is misusing the Service, or you have a security concern, contact us so we can investigate.
