These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EvoriVM ("EvoriVM", "we", "us", "our"), available through our Telegram Mini App and the website evoribottrax.org (the "Service"). By creating an account, topping up your balance or requesting a setup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EvoriVM is a remote configuration service. You provide access to a server that you own or are authorized to administer (a Proxmox host with a compatible NVIDIA GPU), and we configure it into a fleet of Windows virtual machines, each backed by a virtual GPU (vGPU), licensed, network-configured and made reachable over Remote Desktop (RDP). The Service is intended for GPU workloads such as running graphics applications and games on remote Windows desktops.
We do not sell, rent or host hardware. The server, its internet connection and its operating-system licenses are yours. We provide the setup work and the software configuration only.
To perform a setup you provide the server's IP address and administrative (SSH) credentials. These are used solely to connect to your server during the setup and to configure it. We do not retain the server's SSH password after the setup completes. See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your own Telegram account secure.
Before charging you for a setup, we verify that your server meets the technical requirements (GPU, virtualization support and disk). If your server cannot run the Service, you are not charged. Requirements are listed in the app; please review them before submitting.
If a paid setup fails for reasons on our side and we are unable to complete it, the charge is returned to your account balance automatically. Full conditions are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Service Rules & Acceptable Use. In particular, you may not use the Service on infrastructure you do not control, for fraud, or for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund of amounts already spent.
The virtual machines we configure are general-purpose Windows desktops. How you use them afterwards — including any interaction with games, online platforms or other third-party services — is your responsibility, and is subject to those third parties' own terms. EvoriVM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any such third party.
We work to keep the Service available and setups reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Setup times depend on your server's hardware and network. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoriVM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data, profits or accounts, or for any consequences of how you use the configured virtual machines. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific setup giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
